About this role

We are looking for a Global Service Desk specialist - Swedish, Spanish & English to Provide IT support for users IT environment remotely via phone/webchat and/or using remote assistance tools for a global company in Lund. Start is in September 2026, 12-months limited contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that. You will uses the knowledge to improve business processes by analyzing company's needs and implementing solutions.
