About this role
Vi söker en IT Service Desk Support till ett företag i Malmö. Start är snarast möjligt, 6 månaders tidsbegränsat uppdrag till att börja med. Denna roll är 100% onsite i Malmö . Uppdrag: Som servicedeskmedarbetare kommer du främst att ge användarsupport och service till kunder gällande all typ av felsökningar eller kontohanteringar. Du ger även support till kunder relaterat till den hårdvara som används i kombination med företagets systemlösningar. Du kommer att ha telefonen och ärendehanteringssystem som dina främsta arbetsredskap och du besvarar löpande inkommande ärenden.…
