Job Description
The Senior Technical Writer I is responsible for maintaining and developing user manuals and technical guides. They are expected to make decisions on how to best develop our documentation, while also coaching newer team members. The overall accuracy of written technical content largely falls under the Senior Technical Writer’s responsibilities. This is a full-time position with remote opportunities available.
Responsibilities
- Creating clear and concise original technical content; frequently taking highly abstract concepts and grounding them in relatable language
- Reviewing content changes submitted by the writing team, as well as external authors, with an emphasis on technical accuracy, leaning on subject matter experts as needed…
