Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role • Initiate/lead yield/Inline/PCM/DD and quality improvement programs • Lots’ assessment & disposition to ensure quality of products delivered to customers meet Infineon’s quality and reliability standard. • Investigate, identify and provide fast feedback to production line in case of PCM/Inline/DD trend deviation/drift. • Identify product or technology, or process margin related problem and work with PI/UPE/T to resolve. • Process route creation/release and maintenance. • Perform DOE splits for process margin study and improvement, DOE for optimization of product performance (ruggedness and performance).…
