Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Characterization: Lead comprehensive characterization sweeps: electrical, timing, temperature, voltage, stress conditions, and process corners. Analyze parametric and functional data to identify failure mechanisms, model device behavior, and feed loopbacks to design/fab teams. Develop characterization methodologies tailored to advanced flash architectures (NOR Flash, Floating Gate, Mirror Bit). Qualification: Develop and execute qualification plans for new products, including testing, inspection, and validation activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
