Currently we perform 45,000+ abstracts a month. Our leadership team has an average of 20+ year experience and our staff have an average of 7+ years of experience. We are looking for Title Searcher/Instrument Recording Specialist for our Chicago, IL Office. As a Title searcher you will order, review, and maintain titles searches from our vendor companies to determine a property title’s legal condition. You will copy or summarize recorded documents affecting title to property, such as mortgages, deeds and agreements into a spreadsheet for our clients.…
