About this role
Description Provide support assistance with technical problem solving, equipment deployment, hardware and software setups and configurations and WSOP setups. May include other PC equipment tasks as directed. Shifts, days off and reporting locations can vary. Skill/Experience/Education Mandatory: Mandatory-18 months minimum in a technical support role, strong personal computing skills. Basic knowledge of computer operations and user environments. Intermediate analytical and problem solving sills.
