About this role
Maintain the physical assets of the properties under the direction of the Facilities Manager and Real Estate Departments • Skilled in using power tools • Strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude. • Ability to troubleshoot and work independently. • Must have basic tools (hammer, screw drivers, cutters, etc.) • Use tools ranging from common hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches, to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devices. • Perform a wide variety of general building maintenance repairs and services.
