About this role
Description Client requires a technical writer to produce and maintain documentation primarily related to the Emergency Operations Center system, business process documentation, and user guides. Technical Writer will also document other IT systems as assigned. The Emergency Operations Center (EOC) goes into effect to manage severe weather, high traffic, or other emergencies that affect the travelling public and commercial traffic on state highways. Candidate will be working as a team member with IT Emergency Operations Center Program Manager to create documentation to support emergency operations such as use of software applications, help documentation, installation of equipment, severe weather plans, or how to pull reports/data/maps within the State Operations Center.…
