About this role

ServiceNow Developer Onsite - Prestwick for the first three months Infotel UK is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to analyse, design, and implement ITSM frameworks, setting up ServiceNow instances from inception ensuring alignment with business objectives and improving overall IT service delivery. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement ServiceNow strategies, including, future-state ITSM process design, ServiceNow platform architecture design, security and role model design, integration assessment, mobile strategy Leading the team in development of the systems implementation and integration.
