About this role

The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) Risk is responsible for delivering the Risk people agenda through close collaboration with HR Communities of Expertise (CoEs), People Services and senior Risk leadership. The role translates the Global Risk strategy and priorities into impactful people initiatives and serves as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across the global Risk organisation. The team Corporate Staff Departments (CSD) comprises approximately 10,000 employees across more than 40 countries and includes functions such as Risk, Finance, Legal, HR, Communications & Brand Experience, and CAS.
