About this role

Introduction As Business Design Lead, you will lead the Wholesale Banking (WB) Business and Information Design Unit, defining and governing Wholesale Banking’s end-to-end business, data, solution, and AI-enabled architecture. This is a strategic leadership role within the WB Chief Data Office (CDO) organization, responsible for translating ING’s global data strategy, enterprise frameworks, and regulatory requirements into coherent target-state designs across Wholesale Banking.
