About this role

The Relationship Manager New build works as an adviser Living Segments and together with a regional team of approximately 15 to 20 advisers. You report to the Lead New build of Adviesteam Wonen. In consultation with him/her, you ensure that New build Specialists are involved in the projects you have won, encourage them to achieve maximum performance and organize commercial activities with them. You link the results back to the Lead New build. Roles and responsibilities You spend about half of your working time acquiring new construction projects and coordinating the commercial activities that the New build Specialists undertake on these projects.
