Introduction As a Corporate Finance Analyst (M&A), you play a key role in supporting the origination, structuring, and execution of complex M&A transactions across the Benelux. You combine analytical expertise with commercial insight to help clients achieve their strategic ambitions while contributing to high-impact, cross-border deals. The team You will join the Corporate Finance (CF) team in Amsterdam, the main hub of ING Wholesale Banking’s global Corporate Finance network.
