Celem roli jest lepsze rozumienie zachowań klientów oraz projektowanie i optymalizacja komunikacji wpływającej na ich decyzje i wspierającej budowanie długoterminowych relacji. Komunikacja jest tworzona w wielu kanałach , a odpowiedzialność rozciąga się od: koncepcji, współpracy z biznesem, definiowania logiki i parametrów, implementacji komunikacji w systemach bankowych, parametryzacji, testowania, aż po analizę wyników i dalszą optymalizację na podstawie danych.…
