The expected salary for this position: 13 000 - 17 000 PLN The financial ranges specified in the announcement are adjusted and may differ from the range specified in the remuneration regulations. We are looking for you, if you have: Experience in HR processes, employee experience, or product-related roles, Strong understanding of employee journeys and HR domain (Workday is a plus), Proven ability to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions, Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams, Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, Ability to operate in a complex, international organisation, Proactive mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement, Fluent in English (business proficiency).…
