About this role

Activities: We are looking for an experienced Finance Change & Transformation Expert to design and deliver change initiatives across Accounting, Financial Reporting and Regulatory Reporting, covering both Group and local requirements. Working across Finance, Business, Risk, Operations, Data and Technology, the role translates accounting and regulatory needs into sustainable processes, governed data flows and system solutions, supporting the progressive and responsible adoption of AI in Finance through prioritized use cases, controlled experimentation and evidence-based scaling. The successful candidate will combine Finance and Reporting expertise with business analysis, project management and change execution capabilities, supported by sound Data Management and AI literacy.…
