About this role
The team You’ll be part of the Transformation Office NL. The Conversational Banking program is about making banking simpler and more intuitive by enabling customers to interact with ING through natural conversations. The team programs delivers solution with new technologies such as AI and conversational interfaces to improve customer journeys, make banking more accessible and create new ways for customers to get things done. As an intern, you will work alongside experienced colleagues from different disciplines and contribute to real challenges and opportunities.
