About this role
Your role & work environment During your internship, you will actively support the different teams within Building Experience & Excellence, in managing, analysing and improving the services we provide. You will analyse service data, operational information and user feedback to identify trends, recurring issues and opportunities for improvement. Based on these insights, you will contribute to a small service improvement project, helping to translate an identified opportunity into practical actions and supporting its implementation and follow-up. You will regularly spend time on site , allowing you to connect data and analysis with the reality of our workplace and coordinate actions with colleagues and service partners.…
