Role Summary As a Performance Test Engineer , you'll join our Shared Technology organization, working in a cross-functional environment where innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement are part of everyday life. You will design and execute performance testing strategies that help ensure ING's enterprise technology solutions remain fast, stable, and scalable under pressure. Working closely with engineers, architects, product partners, and platform teams, you'll contribute to performance engineering practices that support critical banking services across the organization.
