About this role

Mission As a Regional Director for Bucharest & Ilfov region, you will be part of the Business Banking division, responsible for defining and implementing the commercial strategy for the human channels servicing the Guided (SMEs) and Relationship (Mid-Corporate) segment in the region. This includes driving our growth strategy, managing sales performance of bankers (~27 FTEs) while continuously ensuring we deliver a superior customer experience. You will be part of the sales network management team and you will report to the Head of Sales.
