About this role

Your role & work environment Based in Luxembourg City, you will join ING’s Credit Restructuring & Recovery function, with an initial focus on the Business Banking real estate portfolio and a progressive scope covering Wholesale Banking and material Private Banking exposures. The role combines hands-on restructuring expertise, recovery strategy and portfolio oversight for higher-risk and non-performing clients, with a strong focus on value preservation, risk mitigation and responsible client outcomes. You will act as a restructuring and recovery expert for complex or deteriorating credit situations, working closely with relationship managers, credit risk colleagues, legal advisors, external valuers and workout specialists.…
