About this role

Take ownership of business-critical lending technology and help shape how AI transforms software engineering at ING. You will combine deep Java and Spring Boot expertise with technical leadership to build secure, reliable backend services used across Wholesale Banking. The team You will join the Wholesale Banking Lending department, working in a multidisciplinary Agile team of engineers, testers, customer journey experts and a product manager. The team develops and operates enterprise lending applications that support critical lending journeys. We combine engineering excellence with practical AI adoption. We use tools such as GitHub Copilot and agent-based development to improve delivery, while applying critical thinking, secure engineering and human accountability to every solution.…
