Puławska 2, Warszawa (praca hybrydowa - 2 dni pracujemy z biura) O zespole Zajmujemy się procesami, które towarzyszą klientom biznesowym przez cały cykl ich relacji z bankiem, od rozpoczęcia współpracy, przez onboarding, zarządzanie danymi i KYC, po zmiany w trakcie relacji i jej zakończenie. Projektujemy i rozwijamy procesy klientowskie, dbając o pozytywne doświadczenie klienta, a także ich prostotę, cyfryzację, zgodność i efektywność. Odpowiadamy za wzrost portfela klientów. Do tego celu wykorzystujemy dane i wiedzę o rynku, aby lepiej rozumieć potrzeby klientów, identyfikować trendy i nowe źródła wzrostu oraz wspierać rozwój akwizycji.…
