About this role

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on, people-oriented consultant to support the Transformation agenda for COOF, with a focus on Change & Portfolio management and Finance location strategy. This role involves leading cross-border initiatives and collaborating with key stakeholders within COO Finance and the CFO organization across head office and countries. You will join the COMET Strategy & Transformation portfolio, which steers and drives the COOF strategy and change agenda in line with the reference model. You will be located in the Netherlands and work with your teams in Manila and Amsterdam. The Team: COO Finance (COOF) is an independent unit reporting to ING’s COO, with a permanent seat in the Management team of CFO.…
