POSITION SUMMARY: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage work to tight deadlines, while maintaining both speed and accuracy. Gather data and conduct on-line research of required information for medical professionals applying for new state licenses. Maintain excellent relationships with licensing boards Ensure that details involved in completing licensure are accomplished according to team guidelines in an efficient, proactive manner. Provide excellent customer service via verbal and written correspondence. Provide backup to all members of the team as necessary.
