SUMMARY The ITO Clinical Services Liaison serves as the program mediator and evaluator for all clinical matters. They will communicate directly with the vendor/facility representatives and the Managed Service Organization (MSO) team regarding pre-screenings, interviews, placement status, and coaching/performance issues for travel nurses in the program. The ITO Clinical Services Liaison role primarily supports the MSO by interviewing all submitted candidates, assisting with any assessment remediation and/or performance coaching as a liaison to the vendor and facility.
