Ingeteam, empresa líder especializada en ingeniería eléctrica y en el desarrollo de equipos eléctricos, motores, generadores y convertidores de frecuencia, busca incorporar para sus instalaciones de Sesma un/a Responsable de Organización y Mejora de Producción para integrarse en el equipo del departamento de Producción y realizar principalmente las siguientes funciones : Identificar y liderar proyectos de mejora continua orientados a optimizar la seguridad, calidad, plazo, coste, capacidad, eficiencia y organización de los procesos productivos. Analizar las pérdidas y desviaciones del proceso, definiendo planes de acción y realizando el seguimiento de los resultados mediante indicadores.…
