What you'll be doing: Developing a close relationship with the SDM to promote joint working. Carry out clinical coaching with both new and existing staff following training to ensure a smooth and consistent learning journey. Carry out daily clinical audits and provide constructive and informative feedback via the PRS systems on new and existing staff members. Monitor trends and specific emerging issues that need to be addressed, providing feedback to the Clinical Support Leads as needed.…
