About this role
The Corporate Services Technician supports the safe and efficient operation of the facility by performing general maintenance, repairs, preventative maintenance, and facility support. This role assists with building systems, equipment, facility upkeep, supplies, recycling, and other Corporate Services needs. Essential Duties Perform general building maintenance and repairs, including drywall, painting, lighting, plumbing, and furniture systems. Assist with preventative maintenance and repairs to HVAC, humidification, electrical, and compressed air systems. Operate forklifts, manlifts, box trucks, vans, and other facility equipment as required. Maintain facility, dock, break room, patio, recycling, and common areas in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.…
