About this role

Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for a Business Process Analyst to contribute to our team in LaVergne, TN just outside Nashville. This is not a remote position. In this role, you will serve as the lead liaison for analysis supporting the execution of process improvement initiatives within the Product Group. You will identify opportunities for improvement and drive process design enhancements through detailed business and systems analysis. This position is responsible for researching, analyzing, documenting, and resolving both internal and external operational issues while helping streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
