About this role

Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for a Contract Management Specialist to contribute to our Library Services (ILS) team in LaVergne, TN just outside Nashville. We offer hybrid work schedules, however, this person must live in the Greater Nashville area. In this role, you will consistently produce winning written proposals, positioning ILS as the premier materials and value-added services supplier to libraries. You’ll also manage all aspects of the Request for Proposal (RFPs), including initial receipt/request, submission, and archival process. The ideal candidate will have experience writing/reviewing contracts, preparing/managing RFPs and working with proformas. Ingram Content Group (“Ingram”) connects people with content in all forms.…
