About this role

Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring an HR Operations Specialist to contribute to our team in La Vergne TN . The HR Operations Specialist supports HR Operations across all U.S. distribution and manufacturing sites in enhancing associate onboarding and engagement initiatives. They will design and manage the associate onboarding lifecycle, analyze associate engagement data to surface actionable insights, build and maintain associate experience reporting, and support the development and standardization of HR standard operating procedures and execution frameworks.
