About this role

Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring an Opening Day Collection Manager to contribute to our Library Services (ILS) team in our La Vergne, TN office. In this role, you will manage all Opening Day Collections and/or other special projects, ensure a complete intake and understanding of their needs and timeline to create a positive customer experience and on-time delivery. You will be responsible for profile/ specification intake into ILS format, developing and managing ODC project plans, and facilitation of account setup as deemed appropriate. Other duties will include communicating the timeline and action plan to both internal and external customers and managing the effectiveness of the plan, recommending changes as necessary.…
