Product Specialist

Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for a Product Specialist to contribute to our team in LaVergne, TN just outside Nashville. In this role, you will work with Content Managers to achieve company goals for service level/fill rate, inventory turn, and return rate. You’ll be responsible for data integrity in both the item and purchase order master databases. Your job will be to ensure timely set-up of new products, manage maintenance of item master data and purchase orders, expedite purchase orders, and resolve discrepancies with suppliers. You will serve as liaison between the Product Group and multiple internal departments ( e.g. Customer Care, Sales, Logistics, Accounting), as well as stakeholders across multiple ICG business units ( e.g. IPS, LSI), and suppliers.…
