About this role

Are you an experienced accounting professional looking to take the next step toward a leadership position? We're looking for a Financial Leader with strong U.S. accounting experience who wants to become a key strategic partner to the company's founder and grow into a Controller / Head of Finance role as the business expands its residential homebuilding operations across Florida. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company where you'll have real ownership, direct exposure to leadership, and the chance to build scalable financial processes from the ground up.
