Head of Total Rewards The Role: The Head of Total Rewards will lead the global Total Rewards strategy for Inizio, ensuring our compensation, benefits, wellbeing, recognition, and executive reward programmes are competitive, equitable, scalable, and aligned to our business strategy. As a member of the HR Leadership Team, you will act as the senior subject matter expert for reward, advising the executive team, HRLT, Remuneration Committee, and Board on strategic reward matters, governance, regulatory readiness, and market practice across a complex, high-growth international organisation.…
