About this role

People Operations Specialist Onboarding - Maternity Cover You will focus on new hires, processing them into Workday, and initiating and monitoring background and ID checks. You will also communicate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and seamless new hire journey, from offer through to induction. As the subject matter expert, you will deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Here's What You'll Be Doing Process onboarding in Greenhouse and Workday. Monitor onboarding tasks in Service Now Process new hire and greenhouse welcome. Troubleshoot integration issues. Provide up to date reporting to support compliance.
