Position Summary: The Investigations Specialist (IS) is responsible for the detection, investigation, and documentation of unaccounted controlled substances and pharmaceuticals. The IS will ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and adhere to all reporting requirements. Primary Accountabilities: Operational (75%) Conduct investigations of unaccounted drugs. Assimilate facts, photographs, and other evidence of potential diversion, and accurately organize materials; Draw logical conclusions from the evidence; Articulate findings in a well-written and professional manner that is appropriate for distribution to customers.
