About this role

We are seeking an Independent Contractor (1099) for a 4-month fixed-term assignment. Sales Recruiting experience is a plus. The Talent Advisor will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support business goals. This role will develop creative sourcing strategies, build strong pipelines for critical roles, and provide market insights to leaders. The Talent Advisor will partner with hiring managers to ensure recruitment efforts align with business needs while creating a positive candidate experience and promoting the company's culture and values.
