About the Role Innovaccer is seeking an Associate / Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition to support full-cycle recruiting for our US-based teams. This is a high-impact sourcing and recruiting role based out of our Noida office, working on the US shift to hire across go-to-market, product, engineering, and corporate functions. You will own end-to-end recruitment for your assigned roles — from building sourcing pipelines and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and closing offers.
