About the Role We are looking for an Associate HR Business Partner to partner with business leaders and managers on our US teams from India. You will help translate business goals into people priorities, using data and an understanding of US workforce practices to improve engagement, performance, and retention. This is an ideal role for an HR professional with 1–4 years of experience who wants to grow into a strategic business partner. A Day in the Life Partner with US business and functional leaders to understand priorities, and support them on orgdesign, workforce planning, team structure, and change initiatives.
