About the Role The Director– Product, Population Health is a senior product leadership role responsible for the vision, strategy, and portfolio for Population Health within Atlas, Innovaccer's Population Health platform. In this role, you will translate market, customer, and healthcare industry needs into a differentiated product strategy and drive measurable customer and business outcomes across the portfolio. You will lead and develop a high-performing product organization while partnering closely with the CPO and senior company leadership. You will work across Product, Engineering, Design, Data/AI, Clinical, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to build intelligent, scalable solutions that transform population health workflows and improve healthcare outcomes.…
