The Opportunity - The Human Resources Generalist manages the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to benefits administration, performance management, and employee relations. Key responsibilities involve coordinating hiring processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, developing training programs, and fostering a positive work environment. In this role you will: Serve as front-line subject matter expert for both managers and employees for the respective departments assigned to support. Plan, manage, and conduct portions of the employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Lead recruitment activities for identified positions within assigned departments and other functional areas.
