The Bilingual HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to assigned business unit and field operations leaders, aligning people strategy with business objectives across InProduction's multi-state field workforce. This role requires fluency in Spanish and English to effectively support a bilingual field installer population, and combines hands-on HR execution with consultative partnership to management on workforce planning, performance, and employee relations.
