Specialist - Store Planning

Job Summary Create , revise , and review preliminary kitchen layouts (PKLs) in support of new store development and remodel initiatives across multiple brands for both company-owned and franchisee-developed projects. Will also review exterior elevations, and special projects for the A rchitectur e & Design department. The position interacts primarily with Architecture & Design leadership, construction managers, real estate managers, franchisees , outside consultants. Responsibilities Create preliminary kitchen layouts (PKLs) for traditional and non-traditional venues (in-lines, end caps, conversions, etc.) for multiple brands. 3 0% Review PKLs, PSLs and Exterior elevations submitted by outside consultants for multiple brands.…
