About this role
The Staff, Lease Accounting, assists in performing Lease technical and operational accounting function s to support complete and accurate financial close, internal, and external reporting and the end-to-end lease cycle across the company's real estate portfolio ((Arby’s, Buffalo Wild Wings, Sonic, Jimmy John’s, Dunkin’, and Baskin-Robbins). This position ensures that the lease accounting policy in compliance with US GAAP (ASC 842) is followed, along with the appropriate governance, controls, and segregation of duties. This role is highly collaborative and visible given lease accounting risk to the financial statements and important stakeholders.
