About this role

The Client Services Field Effectiveness Senior Manager is the dedicated enablement lead for Intapp's Client Services function, the teams who work with clients to deploy Intapp's products and deliver lasting value. You will work as part of the Client Services team, joining their meetings and practice leadership conversations so you understand what is getting in the way of delivery before it becomes a problem. You will take programs built with the wider GTM Effectiveness function and bring them to life in Client Services by activating them, measuring adoption, and feeding field insights back to improve the standard. You will model AI-native working habits and drive adoption of Intapp Celeste for delivery productivity.…
