About this role

Strong knowledge and experience of CA-7, OPC/TWS/IZWS along with other Mainframe monitoring tools. Sound experience in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2 & CA-7 is mandatory. Excellent understanding of Mainframe Batch Processes, Batch Monitoring, SLA Management & experience in handling critical production issues. Experience in monitoring batch jobs, critical streams, SLA adherence, fixing Mainframe Batch job abends, Identifying and troubleshooting late jobs, streams, escalating critical issues, leading and representing your team critical incident calls is expected from this role. Experience supporting in a 24x7 model is mandatory. Good experience in Analyzing, fixing, escalating critical batch abends.…
