Job Description: The Agency Development Director is a position within the sales organization that will be responsible for coordinating resources and driving account growth for one or more Holding Company Groups and their agency OpCos. As an Agency Development Director lead in North America, you will engage with client teams throughout the organization from senior leadership, media traders and planners to product leads and executives. You will own regional revenue forecasts and be responsible for helping regional teams exceed their projections. You will help drive our approach to global success.
